Marketing Executive

I am a seasoned marketing professional with a unique expertise from Retail and SaaS, and a proven track record in crafting successful brand strategies and experiences. I studied Advertising and Psychology at Michigan State University, gaining my understanding of consumer behavior and decision making behavior. 
 
My career journey began in the high-paced world of Zappos, where I spearheaded the launch of three lucrative fashion brands as a brand manager in the private label division. From there, I ventured to Walmart.com, honing my skills as an e-commerce merchant, orchestrating site experiences and promotions for various online brands and products. My pivot to a more generalized marketing role at a Health startup further broadened my perspective, offering a deeper understanding of business administration, capital fundraising, and the many ways marketing impacts the company as a whole. 

My career took an exciting turn when I joined Fit Analytics, entrusted with establishing the SaaS brand in North America. I delved deep into competitive analysis, identifying challenges and unlocking growth opportunities for the company. My focus on events coupled with a strategic PR approach, led to significant brand awareness and a strong market presence as we grew the North American portfolio by 48% YOY.  My journey continued with an instrumental role during the acquisition of Fit Analytics by Snap, managing communications and preserving marketing efforts during the transition.  

Subsequently, I was asked to lead the marketing division at ARES, a new SaaS business unit of Snap, where I crafted a complementary brand to Snapchat and pioneered augmented reality as a business utility. The launch of ARES through PR and events generated coverage from prestigious outlets such as Bloomberg, Tech Crunch and Reuters and created significant buzz and foot traffic through our brand brought to life at a circuit of strategic events. 

In my current role as Global Director of Field Marketing at Booksy, Inc., I oversee a global team dedicated to driving both client and marketplace growth. By uniting localized strategies with a cohesive global vision, I have enhanced our brand’s presence across North America and EMEA, spearheading initiatives in events, influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, and content that continue to push the boundaries of our market influence.

I am confident my dynamic background in marketing, coupled with my astute understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand development, positions me as an invaluable asset ready to infuse creativity and strategic vision into any new venture.
